$165 per 50-minute session
$210 per 75-minute session
$250 per 90-minute session
$330 per 120-minute session
Insurance
Sessions are self-pay, however services may be reimbursed in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. If you choose to pursue reimbursement I can provide a detailed receipt to facilitate this. Please be aware that most insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis in order to provide reimbursement. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- Is a mental health diagnosis required for reimbursement?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. .
